On the XP platform, BizTalk Server 2004 Service Pack 1 REQUIRES Windows XP
Service Pack 2 to be installed. This is a mandatory platform
pre-requisite. Please see the Software Requirements section of the SP1
Readme for more information.

Also worth mentioning, the MSI 3.0 Redistributable is part of the SP1
installation binary and will install if MSI 3.0 is not already on the
system.

Hi
My PC is running XP without sp2 ( company policy is not to have SP2
installed) and I am unable to install Microsoft Installer 3.0. How does one
install SP1 as it use MS Installer 3.0
