When I Applied BizTalk 2004 sp1, WMI service stop hangs

| Hi,
When I applied Biztalk 2004 SP1, it says it has to stop IISAdmin, WWW
publishing, and WMI services.
It stopped first two. But WMI service hangs with "stopping" status.
Anybody has any thought?
Thank you

| Check the dependencies of the WMI service. It's probably trying to stop one
of those, but can't. In my case, it was hanging while trying to stop the SMS
Agent service. For some reason, it wouldn't allow that service to be stopped
so I had to set the SMS Agent service startup properties to "Manual" and then
reboot the server. After the reboot, the SMS Agent service was not started
so the install worked fine. Then I set the startup property of the SMS Agent
service back to "Automatic' and started that service. I had to do this for
both the initial install of BizTalk, and for the install of SP1.
