Hi,

I'm keeping on getting this error even though I tried giving write
permission to 'Network Service account' for the temp folders. I'm using XP
SP2 with SQl server 200 SP4, VS.NET 2003.

Help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Karthik

Karthik,
did you give write permission to user's temp folders or to the system? You
need to do the system (something like c:\windows\temp). If that does not
help - could you send your setup log? It is located in your %temp%
directory.
