m using Windows XP professional with service pack 2(i have done all
gpedit/regedit) patch work here
along with sqlxml/.net/MDAC/SQL server patch work ;actually i m running SQL
with patch 4 but with 3 also i used to get the same issues )

I m not connected to domain , I login to local admin account and SQL server
is also local

I do delete the SSO/other DBs and accounts/groups manually before retyring
something else but result is same ,
what object it is not expecting in its place to be created and why cant
biztalk config setup reuses existing objects
i cant figure out as the LOG doesnt give much more detailed analysis
