To install BizTalk 2004 onto No, not completely sure about access data in
SQL2005

You will need BizTalk 2006 to use SQL2005 as the database server for BizTalk

I'm pretty sure MS will have a "support" statement about SQL2005 with their
various server products published in a few weeks.
