I have got two servers installed with BizTalk standard edition. In the
first server I opted to "create" a biztalk group, and the other I
would like to join to an existing group but configureframework didn't
show me "JOIN" option. Any clue...

Since I was using biztalk standard edition, JOIN option was missing...
To join an existing group your biztalk edition either developer or
enterprise.
