I have painstakenly gone over the prerequisites of Biztalk 2004 and made sure
that all required hardware and software are present on my system and the
installs were in the correct order. Whenever I run the install wizard it gets
to the point where it says Publishing Product Features at which time is
throws an error message

Error 1935 An error occured during the installation of assembly component
{9764165E-6D41-4D4b-90C1-230F192BC5AF}, HRESULT:0x80070005

Any ideas as to what the heck is going on here. There doesn't seem to be
much information on this particular error when in the contect of Biztalk
2004.

I found the answer to this problem. I am new to this company and it turns out
that the Network Admins have an antivirus package called Sophos running as a
service on each client machine. Last night about 10:00p.m. I decided to shut
down all unecessary services and try the install once more. After shutting
down the Sophos Antivirus service the install went off without a hitch.

@(%&#*$ Antivirus
