I would probably try uninstalling "BizTalk server", followed by
uninstalling "Microsoft Enterprise Single Sign on" (if still present) from
the control panel.
Then delete the BizTalk databases, delete the SSODB database and then try
reinstalling again.
Let me know what happens.
