Goutham,

1. I'd first want to try to uninstall and reinstall SSO only.
Uninstall is easy but for the reinstall I'd need the installer.
Can you please tell me where to find it?

2. In case I'm trying the complete reinstall option:
Do I have to uninstall and reinstall all updates (documentation),
hotfixes, Service Packs and related tools like the orchestration
designer for visio as well?
