well, I have to agree with you. It doesn't make much sense to further
search for even more clever tricks. It looks as if the WMI Drivers
Extension service is more essential for BTS2004 than expected.
Now we know why BTS2004 cannot be configured on XP Home.
I won't have the opportunity to move to XP Prof sometime soon but
reading the BTS2004 documentation is possible at least.
