| Hi Lars,
If a BizTalk machine is unconfigured and reconfigured, SP1 does not need to
be reapplied.
See our team's SP1 FAQ:

Hi,
I did a configframework /u followed by a reconfiguration of my biztalk
development server. Do I need to reinstall SP1 after this? I picked up
somewhere that SP1 implements changes to the database - are they implemented
by the configframework tool if SP1 is already installed?
regards
Lars
