Hi Kris,

If you put just the domain's NetBIOS name instead of the fully qualified
domain name (i.e. "bztklab\bztkadmin" instead of
'bztklab.dls.com\bztkadmin' ) does the same problem occur?

Are the BizTalk Server and SQL Server in the same domain (hopefully
"BZTKLAB")? If not, can you provide more details on the domain
configuration, trusts, etc...
