Hi,

Just checking but, from
file:///C:/Program%20Files/Microsoft%20BizTalk%20Server%202004/Documentation/Installation%20Guide.htm#ebiz_depl_install_megb
:
To install BizTalk Server 2004 by using the BizTalk Server 2004
Installation Wizard, you must log on as an administrator or as a user
who is a member of the local administrators group

Did you try using the local machine admin account?

Marvin Smit.
