BTS2004 won't install on WS2003 SP1

| I'm trying to install BTS2004 Developer Edition on my development machine
which runs Windows Server 2003 SP1. It keeps insisting on trying to install
the .NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix 834280. This hotfix is included in the .NET
FX SP1 update which is already applied. So the setup fails at that point
telling me I have to manually install the hotfix.
I can't seem to find any references to this but I can't beleive this is an
isolated incident. Has anyone seen this before? If so, were you able to
resolve it and how?
Thanks,
Colin

| Turns out to be a problem with the .NET Framework 2.0 Beta 2 redistributable
installed. Looks like either the update package for Q834280 or the BizTalk
Server 2004 installer doesn't properly differentiate between Framework
releases.
