There is no silent upgrade from 2004 to 2006. The setup will block if you
try to upgrade from 2004 to 2006 in the silent mode.

I had a query regarding silent upgrade from Biztalk 2004 to Biztalk 2006.
During the normal upgrade the setup prompts for the installation of the
missing components and tells to download it online or download the
necessary
cab file. How is this achieved in a silent upgrade scenario from Biztalk
2004
to Biztalk 2006
