Yes, you need to sign-up in the beta program. You do that from this page.

It might take 1 or 2 days until you get a reply back with the approval.
Then you can login here https://beta.microsoft.com/
and download the videos.

I might be missing something here; but it looks like the location is no
longer available. Is since the Biztalk has gone RTM will the files be there
any more?
It could be that I'm not 'signed up' to that forum as well. Where can I do
this?
