Hi I am trying to configure a new install of the BizTalk 2004 Trial
Edition.
receive the following error message: "Failed to create Management
database
"BiztalkMgmtDb" on server "COLSCHED\BIZTALKDEV".
This version of Biztalk Server requires Microsoft SQL Server 2000 with
Service Pack 3 or later"

I have confirmed that I have SQL Server 2000 with SP3 and also
Analysis Services with the corresponding serice pack. The computer is
running Windows XP Professional.
I would really appreciate if someone can advice me how to overcome
this
