Hi, I am using BizTalk 2000 and am trying to do an DR
(Disaster Recovery) exercise to recover BizTalk 2000 to
another machine. What I did was restore InterchangeBTM
from my backup database backup tape to a DR machine that
already loaded with BizTalk 2000.

However, when I open up the BizTalk Administration in the
DR machine, I found that the database is still pointing to
the original database which is in another machine and not
the DR database. I tried a few ways and finally I updated
one of the BizTalk table from "backend". The database then
change to DR database. But I am not sure is that the
correct way?

Also, I later found out all the Channels, Documents, Ports
and etc are still using the XML from my original database.
Does that means that I have to write SQL scripts to update
all those tables that store the Channels, Ports and etc?
Is there a better and easier way?

Thanks for any solution.

regards,
hoon
