what is the purpose of the ISOLATED HOST in BTS 2004?

Isolated hosts are there to host adapters that should not (or cannot) be
hosted under the BizTalk process.

this can be due to security consideration (for instance an adapter that
connects BizTalk to an insecure environment such as the HTTP adapter
connected to the internet) or infrastructure/technical reasons (take for
instance the HTTP adapter again - which should run under the IIS process and
not the BizTalk process)
