I have 2 actions , Action1,Action2.
How can I active a hws action ( Action2 ) in other hws Action (Action1)?

The proper way would be to contact the HWS web service and call the
AddActionToActivityFlow() method, as this is the only have all the HWS
pieces be notified an action is being added.
