Hi,

I am using Microsoft.RuleEngine API to create policies
in biztalk.
My code creates policy and save it, i dont want to
publish or deploy that policy.
now i try to get modified time for that policy using
RuleSetInfo, but the modified time always return me wrong
time i.e., date + 7:00:00 PM.
It shows 7:00:00 PM for all the policies created in
different times and on different dates.
But if i create policy using Business Rule Composer and
view it in my application using RuleSetInfo class it
shows correct time, mean its not 7:00:00 PM this time.
