Hi

I'm working in a project using Java and vb.net.Java working as the client
and vb.net working as the server, vb.net produce a webservice.

But I want the client can send files to the server and can recieve files
from the server.I want to use Dime.

Does anyone knows how can this method work?

You want to use WS-Attachments.

The link does not mention Biztalk. I am able to do a DIME Attachment using
Web Services, but how from Biztalk?

You should be able to use the WSE Adapter for BizTalk 2004.
