hello,all
i have such xml file
<Root>
<a po="001"/>
<b>
<c>xxx</c>
</b>
</Root>

and i want to take this file into another file
as a attribute like
<Root2>
<All z="<Root> <a po="001"/><b><c>xxx</c></b></Root>"/>
</Root2>

how to do it?
