Hi, I am trying to get the httpsso sample in BTS SDK to work properly
but I keep getting an error in the eventlog saying "Method is not
supported", then for each retry the sso-ticket times out.

Is the example not working properly or have I done something wrong? I
followed the documentation and created the local account, mapped it
and so on...
