BT2004 envelope problem - error 0xc0c01b28 (Error in accessing the part data or one of

When I try to use an envelope, I get this error:
0xc0c01b28

Error in accessing the part data or one of its fragments. The part or
fragment may not exist in the database.

Anyone knows what this means and how I can overcome the problem?
