Send IDoc AIC failure in MS SAP adaptor

Receiving eror that BizTalk Adapter for SAP Send IDoc AIC
failt to successfully send an IDoc to an SAP Destination.
HRESULT=80004005
Description= EDI: Table passed to EDI_SEGMENTS_ADD_BLOCK
is empty.

I can get IDocs out of SAP and pull the IDoc descriptions
but when sending so far it will not work.

The adaptore and COM seem to be configured correctly. Any
suggestions?
