Does COM components created using vb6(not be used as an
AIC or Preprocessor)need to be implemented in registry
with CAT ID 5C6C30E7-C66D-40E3-889D-08C5C3099E52? What
additional advantage it will provide over just "Make dll"
in File menu in VB6.

Whatever the components that are used in BTS as BTS server components, must
be registered under this category.
