Consuming Web Service from BizTalk 2004

I have the WSDL for a WebService. I have the production location for that service (URL). But from my devlopment site i have no acces to the publisher. I want to build an orchestration that consumes the service. And when my orchestration is deployed to pro
duction, i want to bind to the publishing site. How to ?
