SAP Adapter 2.0 Install on SAP

| I'm having problems getting a response back from our SAP system, when I
follow the scenario available on MSDN. In the receive Port from SAP, I'm
supposed to put the ProgramID in. The SAP guys aren't sure what is meant by
that, and I don't find any documentation on where you find this. Do the SAP
Administrators need to set up a new port or anything for receiving the IDOCS
from the adapter? I'd appreciate any insight on this, as the documentation
seems a bit thin.

| Hi Eric,
I have not worked with SAP for a little while now, so my terminology may be
off here, but the value that needs to go in the ProgramID field (if I
remember correctly) is the value assigned to the tRFC port in SAP. The 2
values should correlate, and in SAP you can then test the connection and it
should "Ping" the receive location.

| Thanks Nabeel. I'm suggesting this to our SAP folks, and hopefully this will
get me started.
