Can Biztalk 2004 call a COM+ component and if so how ?

I don't think BTS2004 can call COM+ objects directly. You would need to
write a .NET wrapper (interop) and have BTS2004 call the .NET assembly.

If you add a reference to your com object, a wrapper will be created.
