Sharepoint Adapter putting file back with no association to InfoPa

I'm having a simillar problem where the form is getting back to the
sharepoint folder but the association to InfoPath is gone, it's just an XML
file.

Is the problem with the namespace in the send port?
If so do I need to include the full namespace decleration that is in the
schema?

xmlns:b="http://schemas.microsoft.com/BizTalk/2003"
