Biztalk connecting to a Webservice

Hi I am Currently Following a tutorial on connecting to my webservice from
Biztalk
However the problem I have is that my webservice is created from a dataset
so the only field that biztalk can see is Dataset
Can anyone give me some tips on how to get round this.
