Does any one come acroos this error.

The "SQL" adapter is suspending a message coming from Source
URL:"SQL://xxxxx/xxxxx/OLP". Details:"Operation was not executed because of
previous faliures. ".

Does any one can guess what is the previous failures (which is not in the
event log/ HAT, no other visible area).
