Receive file from specific IP and port

Hi,

One of our Partner are using TCP/IP socket communication to send us xml file
to a specified IP and port.

How can I specify my Biztalk 2004 receive location to pick up files from Ip
address:port?

If you have the HL7 acceleraator, you can use that which you specify an
IP/port to communicate.
