Information security features of BizTalk built in adapters

I have tried to find some condensed information about the security
features of the built in adapters. For each adapter, does it support:

- Autentication
- Data integrity
- Encryption
- Transactional support

Is there a good whitepaper on the subject? I have tried MSDN but I
regard the information as too high level - at least the pages I found.
