Orchestration Deployment Error - SSO database error

Hi,
when attempting to deploy an orchestration, I get the following error in
the deployment log.

Primary SSO Server 'BiztalkServer failed. Unspecified error where
'BiztalkServer' is my Biztalk host.

The following messages were found in the event viewer.

An error occurred while attempting to access the SSO database.
Function: LookupXp
File: lookupserver.cpp:319

SQL Error code: 0x00000000
Error code: 0x80004005, Unspecified error

I attempted to stop and start the SSO service, and it seems to come back up
fine with event viewer messages indicating that the master secret has been
retrieved correctly. I can connect to the SQL server using named pipes (SQL
is on a different host) just fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
