I bother the following problem, anyone understood the
solution for 'Tutorial one' for biztalk 2004.

I think you are trying to deploy a Specify Now Receive Port with a Receive
Location that already exists inside another Receive Port.

If all else fails, try to un-deploy your assembly first and remove any
Specify Now send/receive ports. Then, try to deploy again.
