I currently have a BizTalk 2004 project which successfully receives a
internal XML file, maps it to an external format, and uses an orchestration
to send it to an archive directory using a flat file assembler through a
simple pipeline. The end result is a file with delimited data.

What needs to happen is the delimited data should be submitted to a web
service as a string input parameter to the web service. What are the
possible solutions to take the output of a flat file assembler / pipeline
and feed the results as a string to a web service?

I suppose one approach, is to
execute a pipeline in an Orchestration (loopback). Here is a blog entry that
