Orchestration not rehydrating after delay shape

Hi,

For the last couple of days, we have been facing this problem on one of our
BizTalk servers - the orchestration does not get rehydrated after the
timespan specified in the delay shape (6 hrs).

We had already installed the hotfix described in KB837168 some months back.
We have not faced this problem (even though we have been using the same
orchestration) before yesterday.

Any pointers regarding possible causes for this would be highly appreciated.
