Author SQL Adapter - Change response parameters

Is it possible to change the return parameters from a stored procedure after
the fact of a SQL adapter being defined using the Add Generated Item SQL
adapter Wizard.

The SQLService.xsd has been created with the original ResponseRoot with say
1 child Attribute from the return value from the procedure.

i was wondering if it can be done on the fly as it seems that the stored
procedure itself is only used for the input parameters and the output
parameters and the actual code of the procedure can be changed whilst the
orchestration is running.
