If I send a file to a port (with a transport of "File") BizTalk will
generate the error message below
and suspend the message:

The adapter failed to transmit message going to send port
"E:\Test\%SourceFileName%". It will be retransmitted after the retry
interval specified for this Send Port. Details:"The FILE send adapter cannot
open file E:\Test\filename.txt for writing. ".

I have FULL permissions set on this folder. I even tried switching to a
folder that I have working with anothe Orch but I still get this message
whats up???

aaa,

Usually this is due to permission problem but you may want to check that the
file read-only attribute is not turned on..

well it is not a permisions problem. since the folder has full rights. what
read-only attribute nothing has been written to disk yet?
