Rules not working --

I have a business rule which works in Business Rule Composer.

In orchestration i have Receive , callRules and Send Shapes.
I receive Message (Message_1 ) and in CallRules Shape i have Message_1 as
Policy Parameter.

Finally sending the same Message_1.

But it is not working. What could be the reason ?
