Can anybody unencrypt this message? It's happening on our production system
somewhat sporadically. It says to refer to the details section for more info
- so I give up - where is the "details section"?

The closest event log says this:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: BizTalk Server 2004
Event Category: BizTalk Server 2004
Event ID: 5754
Date: 12/12/2004
Time: 12:24:52 AM
User: N/A
Computer: BTSRV01
Description:
The "SOAP" adapter is suspending an outbound message going to destination
URL:"http://corpdev/amazonmip/transfer.asmx". Details:"The operation has
timed-out.".

We also seem to get the same HAT error when we have database deadlocks and
duplicate key problems. Is there any reason the eventlog messages cannot
appear in HAT - maybe in SP1 or the next release.

Thanks,
Neal Walters
