Unable to Process XML files build from different tools....

Hi,
With the help of Tutorial within BizTalk SDK i ve build an
activity. This activity simply takes an xml file and
process data in it. But the problem is with the xml file
that is passed to it. If i use an xml file other the one
in Tutorial it fails to process it. This failed xml file
is generated from Stylus Studio applicatoin by using the
same Schema i ve made activity of.
Please tell me which tool should i use to generate xml
documents so that they are accepted by BizTalk.
