Author HELP! How can I recover a corrupted Biztalk Schedule?

While working in the Orchestration designer I inadvertently caused it
to crash (I clicked print from the menu when there was no default
printer configured.) When I try to load the schedule that I was
working on at the time, it returns the message "a problem occurred
while trying to load the following file: {my file path and name} "

I can load other schedules with no problem, so I beleive this
indicates that schedule is corrupted. Does anyone know how to salvage
my work? There is a significant effort represented in that schedule
and I don't have a backup. (time to force this customer to install
Sourcesafe!)

Thanks!
