Author No pickup with orchestration?

I'm using a XLANG schedule for my business proces. To
receive the files I use the Biztalk Messaging Port. I
also create a receive function that is polling a location.
No I get this error message:
Details:
------------------------------
[0x8007045a] Failed to load the MSMQ runtime (MQRT.DLL)
[0x0159] The server encountered a transport error while
processing the messaging port "test", which uses a
transport component with a ProgID
of "BizTalk.BPOActivation.1".

[0x012b] A transmission attempt failed.

I had the idea it was working on another flow I made, but
now I can not figure out what the problem is
Any ideas?
