When receiving an invalid message from a message queue
(all within a DTC transaction), how do I get the on
failure actions to run? I have selected the validate
against schema option in the binding of the inbound
message queue and have got appropriate actions set in the
On Failure page.

I am getting correct error messages in the event log, and
all actions in the transaction have been rolled back, but
none of the actions in the On Failure page are being
invoked, why is this?

I would be grateful of any advice!
