Missing items (XLANG Scheduler & XLANG Schedule Helper)

We're working with BizTalk Server 2002 since the documentation for 2004 still seems to be lacking. I've installed BizTalk on my machine, but it seems as if I'm missing both the XLANG Scheduler and the XLANG Schedule Helper COM+ applications as neither of
them show up in Component Services. I'd greatly appreciate any help or pointers on how to install them on my machine.
