Author where to look for a SOAP response schema?

Thanks Matt.
One more question...
Say I need to map the fields that I get from the SOAP response to some other document. Where can I find the schema to refer to (when I am asked to pick a source document when constructing a map) that would correspond to the different responses that I can
receive from the relevant web service? Will I find one existing somewhere, or will I have to create one on my own from scratch?

If you are getting complex types back, then you should be able to reference
the response message when creating a new map. Look at the multipart message
types in your orchestration view.
