Receiver" for the receive location "/HwsMessages/BTSHTTPReceive.dll".
Please verify that the receive location is valid, and that the
isolated adapter runs under an account that has access to the BizTalk

| Please read in the documentation how to setup an HTTP receive. you need to
configure the identity correctly so that the receive can be registered.
This is different on 2003 and xp/2000 but is well documented in the april 2
update to the documentation.
